Highly polished cast 316 stainless fold-down cleats lock down when not in use and flip back up when it’s time to tie off. Surface mount means there are no drain tubes or receptacles required to prevent leaks. Installation is easy with two standard bit size holes drilled for the studs, no cut-outs or hole saws required. The stud mounted fasteners are hidden for an attractive, flush appearance. It measures 6-1/4" long by 2-1/4" wide and folds flat giving it a flush appearance when not in use.
